Warranty conditions

The warranty covers deterioration or breakage due to defects or defects in manufacturing or materials, as long as the use of the product has been carried out in accordance with the instructions for use provided.

Exceptions to the warranty are damages caused by mistreatment of the product, knocks, improper use, lack of maintenance or use of accessories not indicated or not recommended in the instruction book. In enamelled pieces there is a surface temperature limitation that must never exceed 400ºC.

The territorial scope of this guarantee is limited to the countries where Industries Hergóm SL, a subsidiary company or an importer distributes the products and where EC regulation 593/2008 is in force within the European Economic Area.

This guarantee does not affect the rights available to the consumer in accordance with the provisions of Law 1/2007 on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods. HearthStone Cookware cast iron products are manufactured and inspected to the strictest quality standards. HearthStone Cookware guarantees its cast iron products for life for home users, requiring proof of purchase.

Scope of warranty
The warranty includes all defects in performance, workmanship and materials in HearthStone Cookware branded cookware products (excluding additional parts), for normal household use.

Warranty Process
HearthStone Cookware will examine the product that is the subject of the
customer’s claim and will decide at its own discretion whether it is covered by the HearthStone Cookware warranty. If the product that is the subject of the claim is covered by HearthStone Cookware’s warranty conditions, the product that is the subject of the claim will be repaired by HearthStone Cookware customer service, the defective parts will be replaced, or the product that is the subject of the claim will be replaced with an identical product . If the product complained of is no longer available in the HearthStone Cookware product range, HearthStone Cookware will offer the customer an equivalent product. Any costs arising from a justified warranty claim will be assumed by HearthStone Cookware.

Warranty Exclusions
During the warranty period, the following damages are not covered:
• Improper product handling
• Normal wear and tear of the product
• Disregard of product care instructions
• Discoloration of the product due to cleaning in the dishwasher
• Damage to the product due to impacts or accidents
• Incidental damage to other products or users
• Storage inappropriateness of the product
