The Wood Stove Trading Company (PTY) Ltd T/A Hearthstone Cookware informs you that your personal data will be processed by the company, in order to manage your request and maintain professional and commercial relationships with you. Your data will not be transferred to third parties. This data processing is necessary to respond to your request. Your data will be kept until you unsubscribe from the service and/or a reasonable time has passed since we respond to your request. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability and limitation of the processing of your data by contacting the company on orders@hearthstonecookware.co.za.
While we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, information and prices are correct, we accept no liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions that may appear. Colors may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to your monitor or computer settings and internet limitations. Stock availability will be announced on the website and although we endeavor to keep
products always available, they may be temporarily out of stock.

Prices
All prices published on the website are expressed in ZAR and include value added tax (VAT), but not shipping costs, which will be added later to the total amount payable.
Applicable shipping costs are clearly disclosed during the checkout process. Due to number of products advertised on our website, it is possible that some of them appear at an incorrect price, despite all efforts made to prevent this. If we discover
an error in the price, we may decide to either contact you and offer you the option to cancel your order or confirm it at the correct price or reject the order upon notification.

We ship to all addresses in South Africa from Hearthstone Distribution Centre in Cape Town.
